Card Torrevieja

Built in the mediterrenean housestyle, called "Andaluz". 

You will find a living- and a diningroom. There are two bedrooms for you to use; one on the ground level and one on the first floor. The sleepingroom on the first floor has the entrance to the terrace outside - over the porche (porche means the arc over the entrance).

You will find also a full equipped kitchen (all domestic appliances) You mustn`t miss a toaster or a fruit-press-machine for your daily vitamines (Oranges, for example) or anything others.

There is a guest-WC on the ground level and a bathroom on the first floor, incl. a bidet and a bathtub with a shower.

The complete outside area is filled with tiles. You will find also a big solarium on the top of the casa-posa with an phantastic view over the town of Torrevieja (Translation: Old tower).

Only 80 meter distance to the pool. There is a key for the entrance - especially for you - to use it.

Torrevieja has long white sandy beaches, also much possibilities for touring in this area. Guardamar, just 10 minutes by car, it is our favorit. 

Ask for the Pharao-beach!

You will find maps with all attractions in your language into the casa-posa. There are so many possibilties for sport, example Golf, sailing, diving........ and so on ...

In Torrevieja is no winter ! There are nine month summer and three month spring. 

So if you sleep on the first floor, the sun will wake you up every morning. Come outside on the terrace and have a look on the street to your neighbours (Residentas, spanish word for people who stay here during the whole year). 

If you want fresh roles, you can buy them by the Plus supermarket. He is in a five minutes distance to the Casa-Posa. From 9.00 A.M. the Grams bakery shop into the Plusmarket has opened.

If you stay in our home during the summertime, there is a shower on the solarium and a water connection on the terrace on the first level. At 1 P.M. there will be shadow near the house, because the sun runs around it. It is not necessary to move the sunshade!

Use the BBQ (Gas) and relax. Fish and meat are very cheap in spain. Also good for wellness: fruits & vegetables on the market.

Into the home you will find a new 100 Hz. television with satelite comfort on Astra 19,2 east. That means more than 90 programms and a lot of radio stations to hear. For people who like to see more films; there is a VCR and DVD that you can use. Also with DVD`s and let me say 30 videocassetts.

In the shed are two bicycles (one for Ladies, one for Gentleman) for you to use. A big shopping-mall is nearby the house, it is carrefour, you can see it from the top of our home, also the plusmarket and the furnitureshop Hermanos Garcia. 

The busstation is in the next street, just 50 meters away.

Near the home are two lakes: Laguna La Mata is near the hospital, here you can watch the birds and the nature, there is a little museum with an exhibition too.

Laguna Torrevieja is in the near from casa-posa. It is red and has more salt (33%) than the death sea in Israel. If you want, you can paint your body completly black with the healthy mud. In 2005 there will be a professional bath. Good for your skin and your wellbeing. Advisibly from people who were born for 100 years :-) and still use the mud. Paint your body, dry him for 30 minutes in the sun, wait until it looks like grey leather on your skin, go into the red saltwater with a pillow in your neck, relax here for 15 minutes, do that minimum 9 times during your holiday and give me an "Email" how young you feel now ;-)

The best place to be a "black man" is in San Pedro de Pinatar near the Mar Menor, just in a 20 KM distance.

For people who cannot swim, no problem, the water is only 50 cm deep. You can stay and walk in it. Check the water which is like oil on your skin. Watch your breath by this healty air. No problems with your lung? That is the healthy salt lake !!!

You see the white hills in the distance? That is no Kokain, that is salt from one year production. Try the salt-train and understand, what the spanish people do with all this salt.
